Refund Policy

Our products are first and foremost designed to improve people's lives. Hence, our products are manufactured in Holland under the strictest European quality standards and regulations. No package leaves our facilities without quality inspection. Therefore we stand behind our products 100%.

Due to the delicate nature of nutritional supplements and due to regulatory restrictions however, we are limited by the type of cases where we can accept returns. We would accept a return within 30 days of delivery to you if:

1- The product is defective upon receipt (we will accept a return and provide replacement promptly) Or
2- You received the wrong product (in which case we will accept a return and mail the correct item back)

If either of those cases apply and you wish to return a product, please contact our customer support (via the web store) and we will gladly help you through the process and will provide the necessary documentation for return shipping if needed.

A cancellation request is accepted only if it is received before the product is shipped out of our facility because, legally, once a package is in the postal system, we can not accept it back into our facilities/stock and we would need to destroy it.

We do not accept returns or refund requests based on any matters arising from import duties and excises as well as any restrictions at country or jurisdiction of delivery. All such matters are the sole responsibility of the customer.
